AUBURN SMOKE HOUSE – ‘ASH’ Catering was established in 2015 and was built on our idea that ‘food is fun’ and best enjoyed when shared amongst family + friends! We focus on using local seasonal produce and aim to make everything in house. 
Our vibrant flavours and techniques are influenced from the Deep South to South America and Mexico. A kind of ‘street food’ style where wood fired cooking, smoking and pickling is what we are about!

We can cater for weddings, pop up events, markets, festivals, private dinners, parties, themed events and more!..
